I don’t have a credit or debit card. How can I pay for Music Medals assessments?

There is a pay later option that allows you to send in a cheque after you have made the online entry. Option tests will not be available to download until the payment is received by ABRSM.

I don’t have a credit or debit card. How can I buy a Music Medals token?

Send in a cheque to the Music Medals office with a covering note detailing which tokens you want.

My child’s teacher has told me to buy a Music Medals token. How do I do this?

Can ABRSM send my school an invoice for the Music Medals entry fees?

Applications to pay by invoice will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact the Music Medals office for more information.

I have bought a token for the wrong level. What should I do?

Tokens can be used as payment for a Music Medals of the same level or lower. If used for a lower level, no refund will be made for the difference. They may not be used in part-payment for a higher level. However, tokens are transferable between candidates before use, so you might be able to allocate your incorrect token to another candidate.

What happens if my pupil is ill; can I have a refund?

Refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances as the eight-week period allowed for each Music Medal gives flexibility for assessments to be rescheduled.
