How do I obtain parental permission to video-record my pupils?
It is the Music Medals Partner’s responsibility to establish a system for this process. The Associated Board has no involvement in the process, although a sample consent form is available.

Should I send the parental consent forms to the Associated Board?
No, you should keep the forms. You will be asked during the online entry process to confirm that parental permission has been obtained for each participating child.
