21 Appeals
a. Enquiries about the result or conduct of a Music Medals assessment may only be made by a Music Medals Partner and must be addressed to the Chief Examiner, whose decision shall be final.
b. Any such enquiry should be made within 14 days of the result being released by ABRSM, and must be accompanied by a fee. If such an enquiry proves to (as above) be substantiated from the video evidence, the result will be amended and the fee returned, or a voucher will be issued entitling the pupil to be re-entered. If the enquiry is unsubstantiated, the fee will be retained and a detailed response given.
