a. Teacher-Assessors must complete the report form and video log in accordance with ABRSM’s instructions. Any inadequately completed or incorrectly submitted paperwork may result in an assessment being delayed or annulled.
b. Teacher-Assessors agree to complete report forms out of the sight of candidates and other group members. Teacher-Assessors may not disclose to candidates or other group members how they have assessed Music Medals performances.
c. If required, Teacher-Assessors may adjust the report form after the completion of an assessment by consulting the video evidence. In such cases, it is advisable to download and complete a fresh report form. Report forms showing amendments may cause delay in the processing of results.
d. For each tape submitted, the Teacher-Assessor must complete a video log, detailing the candidates recorded and the order in which they performed.
