8 Payment
a. Current Music Medals fees are available from the Introduction section of this website.
b. Payment may be made as follows:
- online: by debit/credit card at the time of online entry
- token: by quoting the number of a token purchased in advance of online entry (see c-e below)
c. Tokens representing full entry payment for Music Medals may be purchased online by individuals or organizations, or offline by organizations purchasing in bulk (by purchase order).
d. Tokens are valid for one year from the date of purchase and have no monetary value. They may not be used in part-payment of an assessment. Tokens are transferable between candidates before use, but may not be transferred once used as payment. Purchase of a token does not constitute an entry.
e. Tokens can be used only as payment for a Music Medal of the same level or lower. If used for a Medal of a lower level, no refund will be made for the difference in cost.
